Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Preferred 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
