Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

BSN completion preferred

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent ER (trauma I, II, or III) experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: One year of experience in a related nursing specialty.

Unit/Facility Details: Type of patients: clinic type patients to strokes, STEMIs, Level I traumas, post-surgical complications, pregnancy complications, pediatrics, BH, and all things ED.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Multiple shifts available.

• Weekend: 6 weekend days worked per 6 weeks.

• On Call: 2 on call shifts are required per 6 weeks/call can be for emergencies or extra shift if there is a need.
