Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Mother/Baby experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Every other weekend and holiday

Call; 3 – 12 HR call shifts in a 6 week period

5 years experience preferred (must have at least 3 years)

No Dysrhythmia exam

Only antepartum/post partum couplets, no GYN; will not float to active labor

Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred)

Recent OB, ED or critical care experience (preferred)
