Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Required credentials: Must have wound and ostomy certification. Government Issued Photo ID.
Shift & schedule requirements: Mon-Fri day shift, with a little bit of flexibility for the schedule - could do 10H days vs 8H days if needed.
Special request requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
