Additional Details:
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Shift: Mon-Thurs.
Clinician to Patient Ratios – 4 patients/day (IRF) 8-12 patients/day (acute care).
Type of equipment – 2 therapy gyms, ADL apartment.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. -Weekend flexibility -Willingness to work on IRF unit -Critical thinking/clinical reasoning
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. -Hospital/IRF experience (highly preferred) -Stroke/neuro experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
-Evaluation, treatment, discharge
-Team conferences, family training
-Adaptive devices, adaptive equipment
1 weekend shift/month minimum. Highly prefer increased weekend flexibility.
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
