Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips: antibiotics, multivitamin, iron, surfactant, TPN, epi.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Level 3-4 experience preferred.
- RNs required to read their own strips? Helpful, but not required.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or Every 3rd Weekend.
- Holiday Requirement: 2 per year.
Floating Requirements: Will float to Newborn nursery (to take babies) and peds- assigned as appropriate, otherwise helping hands - first to float.
