Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Open to 4x10s as well.

Every 6th weekend rotation.

Holidays as needed.

No On Call.

Floating: Would be required to float to locations in York and Adams county.

Could care for COVID patients.

Tobacco and fragrance free facility.

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Travel pair policy: Pairs are okay, but the client cannot guarantee matched schedules.
