Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Clinician-to-Patient Ratio: 1/40
Will work with travelers on scheduling, but ask travelers to be flexible and fill gaps in permanent scheduling
Schedule made out for 6 weeks at a time
Weekend Requirement: Minimum 5 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule - Sat / Sun
Holiday Requirement: Yes – travelers fill in needs
Floating:
Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times.
May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center to like units and MedSurg if needed.
May also float to ICU if experienced
Goal is for a 2 hour notice prior to shift start if being asked to float to another facility, however, staff/travelers may be asked to float mid-shift when necessary. Floating is done on a rotational basis.
