Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Required skills and experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
