Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nevada license

BLS (Required)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer experience with cognitive deficits; Need to understand how to interact with cognitive deficits and know how to redirect a person and not argue.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: COPD, DM, cognitive deficits, comorbidities, etc.

Technology Used on Unit: Cerner

Unit/Facility Details: LTC/SNF, Harmony Manor is a Nursing home, skilled care. 34 beds

Special Requests: Do NOT guarantee block scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling:

Wed - Fri

Weekend Requirements: Varies but typically EOW.

Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.

Call or Standby Requirement: None

Floating Requirements: To memory care unit, if needed.
