BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

Rotating day off with participation in weekend and holiday rotation. Weekend is full weekend every 6 weeks (you would get a flex day during the week before and after the weekend to keep you at 40 hours).

Clinician-to-Patient Ratios: 1:1

Weekend REQ: Full weekend every 6 weeks

All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
