This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
No Block Scheduling.
Patient Ratios : 1/4 typically- medical, up to 1/7 on ED behavioral holds
Every other weekend, can’t commit to block scheduling, scheduling must meet the needs of the dept.
Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit
Requested Skill Set: comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred.
Must have: 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
Dress Code (Required uniform): Navy scrubs
CPI Blue card proof is required for ED
