Requirements

Experience

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Guaranteed hours per week: 36

Weekend Requirement: every other weekend

The call requirements: 6 shifts per pay period including the weekend and holidays (as per rotation)

Team: 4 person teams for both work days and oncall Working hours: 0600-1830 Mon-Fri

Tele interpretation

RN role includes Circulating, monitoring or scrubbing procedures for a cardiac cath lab. Role is interchangeable and requires all three skill sets.

Areas of Float Support: Within skillset when needed

Float to IR

Must be able to run stimulator/cardiac pacing and have the ability to scrub cases - no exceptions.

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: All cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, CRM implants, Vascular diagnostic and intervention, Watchman Implant, Atherectomy, Laser Lead Extractions, Valvuloplasty

Special Procedures: Laser lead extraction, LAAO implant, Cardiomems, ELG

Requires STEMI call

Age Groups of Patients: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

Scrub Color: Any solid color — Facility provides them
