Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate.

Preferred Credentials: Oasis certification a plus.

• Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times.

• Weekend/Holiday: Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation

Floating Requirements: potential to Medford, Antigo, WI Rapids . This would be limited as right now the highest need is in Wausau.
