Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 250+ beds

Required Credentials:

• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests: Please provide good interview times in submission. Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offering.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday

Floating Requirements: Willing to float to all MS units on all 3 campuses in Fargo as needed.
