Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions.

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Unit/Facility Details: Need to be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend, Must be available for some holidays
