Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

60 months of Nurse Management experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Need Specifics: 18 Bed Critical Access Hospital. Inpatient and Swing bed patients. ER 24/7 coverage.

Outpatient infusions Hours per week: 40 - 45 hours/week (minimum) Weekend rotation: As needed to cover occasional shifts/or on call.

Float reqs: There are multiple areas within the CAH that nurses can be required to work in.

Specialty Clinic/Inpatient/Outpatient Infusions.

On call reqs: Yes. May be called in to assist with ER patients or increase in census.

Experience: 5 years in a rural hospital (CAH).

Any color scrubs.
