Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience within the past 12 months.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Cardiac Clinic experience. pre/postsurgical experience, cardiac experience.

Required Credentials: BSN, or ADN

Shift & Scheduling:

On Call/Call Back Requirements: can be low censused and put on call. call back minimum is 2 hours
Weekend/holiday: no weekends, every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Applicant may choose to float to the inpatient units (where skills are applicable) if ACU doesn't have overnight patients. May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford or Stanley if needed.
