Previous Employment Requirements: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.*
Unit/Facility Details: 35 ORs. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Circulate for one OR room.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 4th weekend. Call shifts required. 3-4 late/flex shifts per 4- week schedule. 1-4 overnight call shifts per week. 1 late shift per week (830-1900 or 1030-2100). Work week: Sunday through Saturday.
Floating Requirements: No floating to other units but must be flexible to work in all specialties if needed.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society location as well.
