RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Shift Times 0630-1700 or 0830-1900

Types of Cases EXP REQ: Ortho, Lap, General, and Neuro.

Types of Cases EXP Preferred: Total Joints, Craniotomy, and Brain/Spine preferred

Weekend REQ: Y -- could be asked to flex to weekend day with advance notice

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes, In 13 weeks a CST is required to take call it can be up to 6-8 weekday nights (21-07) and 6-8 12 hour shifts (07-19 or 19-07).

RTO: Aya Offer: < 5 Days. Client Offer: > 5 Days. *Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Candidates may be asked to float within hospital or to a sister hospital nearby.

Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler
