Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Allied Clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.

Will work every other weekend

On-Call: No

May float if needed.

Block Scheduling: Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Discuss time off requests with manager

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any solid color

This is a Critical Access facility

Can auto approve non-holiday RTO requests. Anything more than the maximum allowed requires facility approval.

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Floating is 100% required of all travelers

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Any perm or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
