Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 4 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Hawaii license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years recent PICU experience
Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID req after sub
Preferred Credentials: CRRT/ECMO experience
Special Requests: Maximum 5 days of RTO allowed on initial contracts and must be included with candidate submittal for consideration
