Weekends as needed, no call, schedule flexibility is a must

Adult, Adult ICU, and Adult ED.

Teaching hospital experience required

All specialties the HCP worked need to be well documented on each individual employment entry

Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason

This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained

Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
