Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills and Experience: Must have experience in 600+ bed teaching facility. RNs required to titrate drips. Common titratable &/or set rate drips. RNs required to read and interpret their own strips.
Required Credentials: Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts., if failed, will be DNU with CS AZ and Sac Region for 6 months
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: 4 total weekend per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage
Floating Requirements: ICU Travelers will be required to float amongst all ICU areas, as well as any MedSurg/Tele units. Also could be asked to float to St. Joseph Westgate campus.
Special Request Requirements: Travel Teams must have their own vehicles. Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings. Unit and Facility Details: Unit consists of SICU/MICU/Trauma ICU.
