Additional Details:

Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.

Guaranteed Hours: 40.

Patient Population/Common Scans: Patient population: Adult only; Inpatient and Outpatient Routine scans: Structural heart - mostly cardiac Echos to include TEE and Stress Tests.

Average # of Patients Seen per Day: Inpatient/Outpatient: 60-70.

Skills required: Discussed during interview.

Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner Equipment: Phillips

Floating: Floating within EMMC only

Orientation: 1 week

Scheduling: Weekend rotation: yes, discussed during interview, done in rotation with other staff Call rotation: typically, 1 night per week (preferred only) Holiday Expectations: Considered part of weekend/call rotation (preferred only) Approval of time off: Manager Approval
