Previous Employment Requirements: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience:

• CVOR experience required, candidates must be able to first-scrub a heart.

• Must be proficient in CABG/MVR/AVR.

• A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Ability to proficiently scrub 3 specialty areas including but not limited to: Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Titanium Rib, Robotics, etc.

Required Credentials:

• Completion of the Surgical Technology program or an accredited LVN/LPN program is required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
