Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Physical Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 (three) years experience in inpatient and outpatient setting.
Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
Preferred Credentials: Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift will be M-F with occasional weekend and evening for new inpatient evals.
