Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
ASN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
Required Skills/Experience: Min 1-2 years of recent L&D experience Required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Mother/Baby and or Nursery Experience- Preferred
Preferred Credentials: BSN Preferred.
Unit/Facility Details:
- This is a LDPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit- both mother/baby and L&D on the same unit
- Patient Ratio: Varies everyday based on type of patients caring for. - Mother/Baby- 1:3-4 - Labor Patient- 1:2
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every Other Weekend Required.
- Holidays- At least one per season.
- No on Call.
- Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.
- Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
