Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Nurse Management experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience:
- 3 yrs minimum bedside
- 2 yrs minimum relevant leadership experience
Required Credentials: BSN or Adv Degree in Nursing
Preferred Credentials:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related fields
- Nursing Certification in leadership or related specialty
- Relevant additional certifications welcome
- 4-5 yrs + bedside preferred
Shift & Scheduling: Variable Days. Weekend coverage rotation.
