Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Cardiovascular surgery recovery experience

Cardiac Advanced Monitoring

IABP, Impella and PA catheter experience

Candidate should have CABG recovery immediate post op experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: May not need to have recovered fresh post-op hearts but it would be of benefit

Ideally, would have CRRT (PrismaFlex)
