Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required skills and experience: Nurses pass med, Simple IVs and tubes. PT manages-wound care, nurses as needed.

Preferred skills and experience: Prefer leadership experience such as charge. Prefer experience with cognitive deficits - Need to understand how to interact with cognitive deficits and know how to redirect a person and not argue.

Shift & schedule requirements: Open to 36-48hrs. No OT. Modified Self Scheduling, travelers will be asked to submit their availability, however they are asked to stay flexible and help fill gaps in permanent staffing. Schedule is not finalized until it has been balanced by the manager.

• Weekend Requirements: Varies but typically EOW.
• Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.

Floating requirements: To memory care unit, if needed.

Special request requirements: Housing: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available.
