Requirements

Experience

10 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

18 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday

Holidays Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.

On-call Requirements: Required based on unit needs, might be on weekends

Floating Requirements: Will float to all ORs

Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong ENT, Neuro and Surgical Oncology (general surgery) experience required
Level I experience required
Certificate or Associate’s Surgical Tech degree OR 3 years experience as a Surgical Technologist in lieu of the certificate or degree requirement.

Experience Preferred: Strong Ortho experience, Transplants

Certificates Required: NBSTSA or three years surg tech experience
