Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Weekend – Every other __ / Every__ / Discuss during the interview.

Call Requirements: Yes / No / Discuss during the interview.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 / 40.

Floating policy: As needed.

Must have NICU LEVEL III or Adult Critical Care.

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
