Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

NCCU

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend – Rotating
Call Requirements: No
Scheduling requirements: every other weekend.
We have had a lot of issues with call-in’s and no-show. Please do not send candidates that have had attendance issues.

Floating Requirements: All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy

Patient Ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:5 in Med/Surg
