Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

TNCC (Preferred)

ENPC (Preferred)

RN Flex Pool - Required

Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units

2 - 10 years of experience

Procedural Sedation Certification - Preferred

Floating to other units - Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions)

Patient Ratio: Medical - 1/6, Laulima - 1/6, Cardiovascular - 1/4

Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves

Dress Code: Professional nursing attire; clean scrubs

Orientation time provided for each unit

Shift Information:

0645 to 1915

Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation.
