Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Current experienced wound care/ostomy nurse

Must have Ostomy experience

Skill set must include all types of surgical and traumatic wounds - Clinician who specializes in the assessment, treatment, and management of complex wounds, ostomies, various dressing changes, wound vacs, wound vac dressings, accurately assesses, measure and classify wounds and other related skin conditions treatments.

Preferred Skills / Experience: 1 -2 Travel Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Will perform patient teaching in an inpatient, acute care setting

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
