Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

PALS (Required)

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: On call required. Variable on call rotation.

Required Skills/Experience: Will need endoscopy, ortho (podiatry), eye, and urology experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Specific experience also preferred in general surgery & GYN.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Several endoscopies, pain injections, cataracts.

Unit/Facility Details: Will work all areas of perioperative services including PreOp, OR and PACU. Curry HR has a strict compliance deadline of two weeks prior to start. a full compliance packet for an 11/17 start will be due 10/31.
