Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

Additional Details:

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Required Skills/Experience: -Note: *** HARDSTOP: This position is ICU overflow in PACU holding. 2 years ICU in level 1 trauma required, PACU preferred. Please SCREEN if they have level 2 trauma for manager to review. IF only PACU exp (and no ICU), please redirect. ****

  • at least 2-3 years Level 1 ICU experience required.

Shift & Scheduling: -4x10s Monday-Friday, rotating start times as needed -Weekend REQ: No weekends, no call, no holidays
