Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shifts: Evening, Night

• Scheduling: Mostly 2-10 with an occasional 10-6 shift.

• No on call or call back available

• Work week: Sunday through Saturday
