Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiac Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

On-Call: Picking up call permitted, not required

Response time (if picking up call): 1 hour

Weekend Requirement: Every 2-3 weekends, F/Sa/Sn

Every other holiday

Float: Normally, critical care and acute care cluster

Specialty Floats: ICU, MS, MS/Tele, Intermediate Care, Oncology

Skills with Swans, IABP's and post op hearts - Required

Unit: Post op hearts, AMI, Cardiogenic shock, Induced Hypothermia, Basic CICU.

Patient Ratio: CRRT - 1/2, Impella - 1/1

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
