Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.
Every 3rd weekend; first to float - could float to sister facility
Holiday rotation, must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Candidates cannot have worked perm at a CSH facility within the past 12 months - no exceptions.

Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam through UNA (with 2 max attempts) within 24-48 hours of receiving offer. If they do not pass in 2 attempts, they will be made a DNU for CSH AZ & Sac regions
Will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. If traveler fails Sim, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months for CS AZ facilities (except Yavapai) and CS Sacramento.
Critical thinking skills a must.
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend.
Holidays: Will rotate with core staff.
Floating: Yes, to any tele/medsurg floor.
Floor specific orientation: 2 days on the floor.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Chest pain r/o MI, post heart cath - no sheaths, stable pre-CABG, post IR and Endo procedures. Non-titration Amio, Cardizem, Labatolol.
Additional Notes: No ETOH withdrawl unless 3 days out.
