Travel Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Emergency Department

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Minimum one year of recent pediatric emergency department experience

Must be comfortable caring for high-acuity pediatric patients

Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience in trauma, procedural sedation, and pediatric triage

Experience in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center or Magnet/top 10 children’s hospital

Strong pediatric triage and trauma response skills

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other or equivalent

On-Call Requirement: No

Holiday requirement: Travelers must be available to work at least one winter holiday (including the eve and night of). Options include Thanksgiving Eve/Thanksgiving Night or Christmas Eve/Christmas Night. Final assignment will be determined during the interview based on schedule needs.

Floating Requirement: Normal float (potential to float to Anschutz ED if needed with proper orientation)

Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and in the Denver Metro area within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation)
