Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Patient Ratios : 1:1

schedule needs to be reviewed during interview with rehab manager

Must have: Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting.

Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated

Patient Experience requirements: Prefer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting Hospital Specifics

Procedures performed on unit: Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care, assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated. Frequent communication with rehab team on patient’s progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Business casual or scrubs
