Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

NRP (Required)

Required Skills/Experience:

L&D, PP, routine nursery, Intermediate Nursey; Nurses must be able to be independent in all areas of care.
RNs required to titrate drips: Pitocin induction/augmentation and insulin drips, Mag Sulfate.

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Varied Days/Nights - Unit Mgr. will discuss during phone interview. Every other weekend and 1 major, 1 minor holiday if applicable. Call or Standby To be discussed.

Floating Requirements: To be discussed - Yes they are expected to float and be "helping hands" in other units.
