Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment for 16-32 weeks

Every other weekend

Monday to Sunday

Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/27

Special Requests: No block schedules for any reason

Travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins

Required Skills/Experience: LTC experience required

Required Credentials: Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained

This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Types of Patients on Unit: All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population
