Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Required Credentials:

RCIS or ARRT
Fluoro Permit

Unit Details:

STEMI and Stroke receiving center. 4 labs.
Support cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, interventional radiology TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, IR
Don't need EP/structural heart experience, ideally will have stroke/IR experience
Parking Cost: Hang-tag: $10.00, Key-cards: $35.00, $38 per pay period at hospital or $16 per pay period for parking at St. Anne’s

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months

Special Requests: Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion

Shift & Scheduling:

Monday - Friday with call requirements; Sat/Sun call requirements.
2 weekends every 6 week schedule.

Floating Requirements: Between specialties in the lab
