Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Shift Notes: Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced.

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.

On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
