Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S.

Skills REQ: Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry Oncology, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown.

• Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. - Cardiovascular: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath.
• Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management. Genitourinary/Renal: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. IV therapy/Phlebotomy:
• Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
• MEDICATIONS: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA.
• Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA. Plastics: Surgical drains.
• Respiratory: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management.
• Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.

Skills Preferred: Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Phlebotomy. Orthopedics: Total Joint Replacements.

On call req: No

RTO Restrictions: 2 Requests

Special Requirements: AMI, Cardiac Arrythmia, Heart Failure, Chest Pain, Vascular / PVD, Intermediate level of care, Sepsis / infection, Pneumonia, ETOH withdrawal, SI, GI bleed, Pre / Post Cath patients, Femoral line / groin site management.
