1 hybrid room located in CT OR; higher level vascular hybrid room needing advanced modality tech who can scrub, hand wires during the case, run the table and layer 3d images

Could have Cath lab/IR past work history, really needs to have hybrid OR experience. Techs will not be working in cath lab or IR, it is working in the heart room with CT surgeon for hybrid cases.

Clinician to Patient Ratio: Days 1:5, Weekends 1:2

Avg Daily Cenus: 6

Is on-call REQ? Yes- several option for call requirement, please discuss during interview

Open to accommodating block schedule: No

Special requirements: Endovascular Interventions, Siemens, Sterile Technique, Hybrid OR exp, TEVAR and EVAR.

Scrub Color: Scrubs provided

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission

Return Staff Policy (ex: gone 1 yr or 6 months to return as traveler) –

Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.

All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.

Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months
