Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
PALS (Required)
TNCC (Preferred)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with Intubated, run drips, sedations, ICP's, EVDs, emergency situations, only thing we don't do would be ECMO. We draw our own labs.

Required Credentials: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday; No on call

Floating Requirements: Can be floated to NICU if they have experience. Everyone gets floated to the adult areas as an observer depending on census.
